Singapore Steinway Youth Piano Competition

Witness young pianists display their talent in the inaugural Singapore Steinway Youth Piano Competition, organised by Steinway Gallery Singapore and presented by Bank Julius Baer. Be enthralled as these budding musicians play famous classical excerpts from Mozart, Beethoven, Clementi, Schubert and Haydn. A first in Singapore, this competition is an exclusive opportunity for young pianists to come together as they showcase their musical talent in front of a professi onal panel of jury.

One winner will be selected from these 18 semi-finalists to represent Singapore in the 1st South-East Asia Steinway Youth Piano Competition Regional Finals, to compete against eight other finalists from Brunei, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform at the bi-annual International Steinway Youth Festival in Hamburg, Germany.

Singapore Steinway Youth Piano Competition

  • Date: 23 June (Semi-finals) – $18 per pax (free seating), 8.30 am to 6pm (Finals) – $38, $28, $18, 7pm to 9.30pm
  • Venue: Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music , National University of Singapore
