Albert Lim is one of the nine nominees for the 2012 ICON de Martell Cordon Bleu Annual Photography Award. He is a Singapore-based photographer who has won numerous competitions and awards over the past 25 years, including the Singapore Tourism Promotion Board Award for Best Photo 1998. Besides working with renowned Singapore and Malaysian based architects, he has also been commissioned by several international architects including Philip Johnson, Ken Yeang, Richard Meier and Kenzo for projects all over the world.
In collaboration with Singapore Archifest 2008, he held his solo architectural photography exhibition. His presence at exhibitions such as the Venice Biennale and Aedes East Berlin comes as no surprise given numerous acclaim for his works over the years. He is currently working on a book on Indonesian Houses.
